Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with "Exit Basis." This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Self-paced course — 14-day refund

For the self-paced course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. After 14 days, the self-paced course purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Cohort program — 1 week after the first session

For cohort (live) programs, you may request a full refund up to one (1) week after the first scheduled session. After that window, cohort fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. AI Mentor credits

AI Mentor credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits included with a refunded course purchase are voided as part of the refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email [exitbasis@gmail.com] from the address associated with your account, within the applicable window, and include:

• Your name and account email;
• The product purchased (self-paced course or cohort) and purchase date;
• A brief note that you are requesting a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Affiliate commission clawback

If a sale that generated an affiliate commission is later refunded, the associated commission is clawed back (reversed or deducted from future payouts), as described in the Affiliate Agreement. Commissions are generally not paid out until after the applicable refund window has closed.

6. Exceptions and abuse

We may decline refund requests that fall outside the applicable window, that we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent, or where the content has been redistributed in violation of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
